M1C-WR Weather Rated Vandal Resistant Condenser Microphone
OVERVIEW:
The M1C-WR is a low-profile, transformer-balance, line level output microphone designed for outdoor surveillance and other wet environment milking scenarios. It provides faithful reproduction of sounds across wide frequency and dynamic ranges. Installer-friendly design provides fast and reliable installations. The flush mount installation allows the M1C-WR to virtually disappear in most environments.
Featuring a premium, omnidirectional condenser capsule, the M1C boasts 95dB of dynamic range, a 74db Signal to Noise Ratio @ 1 Pascal, and a frequency response of 250Hz-10KHz +/-3dB. Also, the M1C supports cable runs over 1000'. The integrated, miniature preamp circuitry is fully shielded and transformer-balanced making it highly immune to RF. It can be powered by phantom power (24~48VDC) power supply. The electronics are protected by the sealed corrosion-resistant steel backbox, along with an audio-passive weather film covering the microphone capsule.
The M1C-WR is essentially the M1C in a fully sealed weather resistant enclosure. It is designed to integrate with standard, single-gang electrical boxes. Also, the screw terminal connector provides a reliable and easy termination. The stainless steel face plate protects the M1C-WR from the elements and vandalism.
